Ceiling & Roof Leak Water Damage Repair in Waco, TX
Water-stained, sagging ceilings are dried, treated, and restored after roof leaks, plumbing failures, and upstairs overflows. A ceiling stain is the visible end of a leak that started somewhere above it, whether a roof detail, a supply line, or a failed seal. The work is tracing that source, drying the cavity above the ceiling, and repairing only once the leak itself has been corrected.

Frequently asked questions
The slab was fine all summer and wet in October. Why then?
Because summer does the preparation and October does the filling. Blackland clay opens cracks you can put a hand in. The first fall storm drops down those cracks, wets the underside, and the clay then swells against the slab. A dry August is not a dry house; it is an open one.
We sit above the Brazos. Is the confluence still involved?
For terrace lots, as groundwater, yes. A crest raises the water table in the alluvium even when the bank holds. For clay lots away from the terrace, no — that is the shrink-swell path. Distance to the Bosque is a test of which mechanism you have, not of whether water can arrive.
The grade now slopes to the house. Can that be the whole job?
It can be the splash half. Forty years of settling and bed-edging often reverse a 1979 grade. October then puts water against the plate. It will not explain a crack that opened in August; that is the clay. Two findings, two fixes.
